[MaraDNS list] Having trouble running maradns and deadwood on the same host

Ah, I wish I was able to make such good software as Deadwood and 
MaraDNS... Anyways, I think that a mention in the recursive server 
tutorial page [1] would be a good idea, what do you think Sam ?
