maradns init.d script

I have just installed MaraDNS 1.2.12.06 and it is running without any 
problems. Thanks for a great product! I would like to automate the startup 
and have seen reference to a startup script 'maradns' to be placed 
in /etc/init.d, but I cannot find that script anywhere in the package 
distribution. Could someone please point me in the right direction. Thanks.
