SOLVED! Why doesn't Maradns start at boot time?

OK, I've changed my mind.  It would appear, looking at the Wikipedia
entry, that Ion isn't really open source.  Well, OK, technically it's
released under an open source license but then the author has gone
ballisitic and threatened lawsuits when people distribute patched
versions of Ion.
