Mara does not resolve ncs.gov

Hi, all there,



sorry, that was my fault - a place somewhere very, very deep in my  
brain I surely *knew* about the problems with version 1.2.12.04 on  
Debian Etch - but since I am working on Citrix Xen for that special  
two Maras I forgot it ... so, usually I had all my other Debianservers  
fairly updated.

I now followed the advisory given by Sam at another place, another time:

and now Mara works again like a charm.
