MaraDNS on OpenWRT

Thanks a lot for the logs.  I am seeing some AAAA queries there, so
you may be able to resolve the issue by adding the following to your
mararc file:

reject_aaaa = 1

Note to self: Document this parameter, as well as reject_ptr.
