The packaging creates the user id number by using `adduser` of your
system. It doesn't choose a particular number as you'll have
conflicts. So `adduser` just increments a counter.

You need to check this with your configuration ultimately, though I
think there is a regex in the packaging to try setup it up in most
cases correctly.
